How long do the chocolates stay fresh?
Our chocolates are best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of pickup. They stay good longer if refrigerated, but for full flavor, treat them like baked goods — fresher is better.
How should I store them?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Ideal temperature is 60–68°F. Refrigeration is fine, but let chocolates come to room temperature before eating for the best texture.
Can I customize a gift box?
Yes. Use the contact formand tell us the occasion, budget, and any flavors to include or avoid. We'll get back with options.
Do you ship, or is this pickup only?
Right now we're pickup only while we dial in packaging for heat. Details on Shipping & Pickup.
Do you take wholesale or corporate orders?
We do. Reach out through the contact form with quantity, timeline, and any branding requirements.
Are your chocolates nut-free?
No — our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and wheat. If you have an allergy, tell us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can safely make for you.
How do I pay?
All orders are paid online by card at checkout via Stripe.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Get in touch as soon as possible. Because chocolates are made to order in small batches, we can only adjust or cancel if we haven't started yours yet.
