Returns & exchanges
Because chocolate is perishable, we can't accept returns — but we stand behind every box.
If something's wrong
If your order arrives damaged, is missing pieces, or isn't what you ordered, get in touch within 48 hours of pickup and we'll make it right — either a remake or a refund of that line.
What we can't accept
- Returns of opened or partially eaten chocolate.
- Complaints about personal taste preference.
- Issues reported more than 5 days after pickup, unless there's a clear quality problem.
Changed your mind before pickup?
Reach out as soon as you can. If we haven't started your order, we can cancel and refund. Once production has begun, we can't cancel — but we'll always try to swap items or adjust within reason.
How to report a problem
Use the contact form with your order number and a photo if relevant. We reply within one business day.
